Florida RN licensure required; BSN preferred; BLS and ACLS/NIHSS certifications within specified

Qualifications

• Florida Registered Nurse license is required.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
