Mercy Hospital – W Memorial Rd in Warr Acres, OK is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the ICU nights, full-time. You will oversee staffing and ensure safe, high-quality patient care while meeting productivity and budget goals.

You’ll collaborate with physicians and administrative teams to improve processes, manage patient flow and bed utilization, and mentor staff to lead change with empathy.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable state.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality and cost-effective care provided by competent co-workers.
• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Involved in patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to direct patient care staff and promote change.
