Qualifications

• California RN license required at hire.
• 6 months to 1 year RN I experience at MarinHealth or unit-specific equivalent.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Integrative Agitation Management (IAM) required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and team members.
• Direct and appropriately delegate tasks to ensure delivery of safe, quality care.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
