Vetted Solutions is seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a new ICU with a diverse patient population, including surgical and non-surgical cases. The role emphasizes education, collaboration, and high standards of safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, at least two years of ICU experience, and a nursing degree that may include ADN/BSN/MSN, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Role Overview

Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a new ICU department with a diverse patient population, including surgical (cardiac, vascular, general, neuro) and non-surgical (cardiac, vascular, neuro, medical) cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
• Maintain safety standards, as this is a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
• Licensure as an RN is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience is preferred, with the ability to work independently.
• Accepts ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates.
