Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• 1-2 years of education, training, or professional development in healthcare preferred.
• RN licensure and BCLS certification are required or preferred as indicated.

Responsabilités

• Assess training needs and deliver learner-focused educational experiences.
• Plan and deliver orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain records of clinical training, certifications, and compliance.
• Provide hands-on training, classroom instruction, and simulation-based learning.
• Stay current with clinical practices and trends in healthcare education.
