Qualifikationen

• Current NJ licensure as RN required.
• ICU/CCU/CCRN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and IV certifications required.
• At least 1 year of Critical Care or Intensive care experience required.
• BSN required or enrollment in BSN program with fast-track completion within 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Assesses, treats, and delivers patient care appropriate to age groups.
• Identifies and documents initial patient assessment and needs.
• Coordinates with healthcare team; communicates on shift handover.
• Administers IV meds per policy; maintains IV access.
• Completes admission, transfer, and discharge summaries.
• Responds to emergencies and crisis situations per protocols.
