• Conduct and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment; creates a plan of care and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
• Synthesize information and prioritize actions using clinical judgment.
• Anticipate changes in patient conditions and respond decisively.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
