Job summary

Britt Medical Search is partnering with a regional healthcare team in Hannibal, MO to recruit an acute care NP or PA for its ICU. This role features a 7-on/7-off schedule and 12-hour shifts with day and night opportunities, including the potential for additional shifts at a higher rate.

You'll join a collaborative ICU team, use Epic EMR with Dragon dictation, and receive a robust benefits package including medical/dental insurance, retirement, malpractice coverage, student loan repayment

Qualifications

• Experience in critical care ICU required.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (day/night) in a hospital ICU.
• Eligible to practice as NP/PA in Missouri.

A regional healthcare team in Hannibal, Missouri is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Intensive Care Unit team.

Position Highlights

• Provide critical care services as part of a collaborative ICU team
• 7-on/7-off schedule with flexibility
• 12-hour shifts with day and night opportunities
• Approximately 182 shifts per year
• Epic EMR with Dragon dictation capabilities
• Additional shifts at a higher rate available for those interested in expanding their schedule
