  • Coordinate installation activities involving structured cabling, fiber optic systems, backbone infrastructure, pathways, telecommunications rooms, and related low‑voltage systems.
  • Assist with field issue resolution and communicate design, installation, and documentation requirements to project teams.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, redlines, as‑builts, and turnover documentation.
  • Review telecommunications drawings, specifications, rack elevations, fiber pathways, cable schedules, and installation details.
  • Identify design conflicts, constructability concerns, and scope gaps prior to impacting schedule or quality.
  • Ensure field documentation accurately reflects installed conditions.
  • Support QA/QC activities throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate testing and validation of copper and fiber optic cabling systems.
  • Verify compliance with TIA, BICSI, client, and project‑specific standards.

  • Provide status updates regarding installation progress, documentation completion, testing results, and turnover readiness.
  • Participate in project meetings, quality reviews, and milestone planning sessions.
  • Track installation progress and productivity metrics.
  • Support forecasting, material management, billing documentation, and change order development.
  • Coordinate closely with supply chain, VDC/BIM, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project success.
