Stockyards Hotel in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an energetic Server to deliver iconic hospitality in a fast-paced, high‑volume setting. The ideal candidate will greet guests, take orders in MICROS, and explain menu highlights with warmth and accuracy.

This role requires at least 2 years’ server experience in casual or fine dining, valid TABC and Food Handler certifications, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume setting.
• Valid TABC and Food Handler Certifications required.
• Flexible schedule—able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest engagement.
• Knowledge of wine/beverage service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take and process food and beverage orders in MICROS accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, upholding standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar teams regarding requests and timing.
• Anticipate guest needs and address issues proactively.
• Set up and break down sections, restock, and polish glassware.
• Present checks, process payments, and thank guests.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with seating and to-go orders.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional Texas hospitality standards.
