Job summary

IPolarity is seeking a Senior Icertis Administrator to manage the ICI platform for CLM across Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT. You will own the CLM environment, govern processes, and drive efficiency and compliance.

You will lead enhancements, configure workflows, templates, and reports, and provide governance, releases, and integration support to enable scalable contract lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on Icertis administration and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations.
• Experience configuring workflows, templates, clauses, forms, reports, and security models.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The Senior Icertis Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and support of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role serves as the technical and functional owner of the CLM environment, partnering with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure contract lifecycle management processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

The individual will lead platform enhancements, workflow automation, user support, reporting, integrations, system governance, and release management while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
