Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Vermont's Stowe area is seeking an Ice Rink Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable skating environment for guests. The role involves snow removal, operating the ice resurfacer, rink plaza upkeep, and basic equipment maintenance.

You will interact with guests, provide assistance, and deliver friendly customer service in an outdoor, fast-paced setting. Shift is afternoon to evening (1pm–9pm) with some weekends and holidays.

• Some weekends and holidays required
• Must be a people person willing to go beyond the expected for our guests
• Drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ice surface by removing snow and operating the ice resurfacer.
• Ensure cleanliness of the rink plaza and surrounding areas and perform basic maintenance on rink equipment.
• Interact directly with guests, answer questions, provide assistance, and deliver excellent customer service.

We are looking for an Ice Rink Attendant to join our team! The Ice Rink Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable skating environment for guests. Duties include maintaining the ice surface by removing snow and operating the ice resurfacer, ensuring the cleanliness of the rink plaza and surrounding areas, and performing basic maintenance on rink equipment and components. This position interacts directly with guests by answering questions, providing assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced recreational setting.

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour.
