Job summary

HP Hood LLC. is seeking a hands-on team member to support filling operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. You will form bulk cans, load lids, and ensure continuous supply to fillers while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You’ll operate ingredient feeders, assist in flavor changes, and help with packaging and palletizing. A high school diploma is required, with willingness to work either 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (must-have)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Form bulk cans to supply bulk can filler
• Load lids onto descrambler and ensure supply to filler
• Operate ingredient feeder and variegate systems per SOPs
• Assist in operation of banding machines and change rolls
• Disassemble/clean/assemble ingredient feeders and variegate systems
• Verify metal detectors and document per SOPs
• Operate bundler to ensure quality wrap on containers
• Palletize products during breakages or downtime
• Assist filler operator during flavor changes and issue resolution
• Pack sandwich boxes and ensure proper coding and shrink wrap
• Move packaging using PIT and maintain clean safe work area
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety rules
• Collaborate effectively with team and maintain positive attitude
