Job summary

You will train on 1st shift or 2nd shift and may move to 2nd shift after training. Pay starts at $20.65/hr with a raise to $25.40/hr after 90 days; benefits include union Teamsters 20, paid vacation, and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of machine operator experience in a plant environment.
• Ability to perform arithmetic in multiple units and decimals.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, breakdown and set up equipment and machinery.
• Process finished or raw materials while following GMP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Communicate with all departments and meet daily deadlines.
