The Bi-Rite Creamery is seeking an Ice Cream Scooper to deliver warm hospitality and assist with day-to-day operations at our San Francisco location. You will help meet store goals, uphold product quality, manage inventory, and safely handle all products and equipment.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Bi-Rite offers a generous benefits package including health insurance, a 40% staff discount, PTO, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement

Competenze

• Experience in retail and food service is recommended.
• ServSafe Certification and California Food Handler card are required within 30 days post-hire; Bi-Rite provides on-site paid training and certification.

OPPORTUNITY
The Ice Cream Scooper is responsible for creating an inspiring experience for our guests. They give outstanding hospitality by meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations and providing excellent internal hospitality to the team. Their responsibilities include assisting in the smooth and seamless operations of the business, reaching store goals, upholding product quality and consistency standards, controlling inventory levels and mitigating waste, maintaining equipment and facilities, and safely handling all of our products and equipment. They are part of a cohesive Bi-Rite team that supports the Bi-Rite Missions, Vision, and Community Values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail and food service experience recommended.
• ServSafe Certification, California Food Handler card is required within 30 days post-hire. Bi-Rite provides on-site paid training and certification.
