Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust refrigeration plant and computer control systems.
• Open and close Arena and ensure equipment is operational.
• Respond to customer requests/complaints regarding ice scheduling, Pro Shop, and general arena needs.
• Provide courteous public inquiries response on Arena rules and use.
• Prepare ice resurfacing machine for use and perform routine maintenance on related equipment.
• Resurface ice surfaces and ensure safe, usable ice with proper blade settings and water flow.
• Perform general custodial duties and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate repairs and projects with contractors and arena trades staff.
