Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Children’s and Women’s System Administrative Officer to provide strategic oversight of ICCE programs across MUSC Health and its affiliates. This executive leads day-to-day operations, partners with the ICCE Chief and System COO to set business goals, and drives performance in clinical, academic, and financial areas.

The SAO will align across sites, ensure compliance, support education and research, and serve as a visible ambassador advancing CHW programs and patient care

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with at least 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and grow integrated clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a multi-year strategic plan with aligned operational roadmap.
• Drive affiliation, network, and partnership development for CHW clinical/geographic expansion.
• Translate vision into actionable enterprise strategies across pediatrics and women’s services.
