Job summary

NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC in Panama City Beach, FL seeks an ICC Special Inspector (Reinforced Concrete and/or Masonry) to perform field inspections, materials testing, and detailed reporting on construction sites.

The role requires ICC Reinforced Concrete or Structural Masonry (MSI preferred) and the ability to read plans, interpret specifications, and communicate findings clearly to clients and staff.

Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete and/or Structural Masonry is required (at least one).
• ICC Structural Steel & Bolting and ICC Structural Welding a plus.
• ICC MSI preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
