Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Cleared Acquisition Logistician to join a top defense client at Hill Air Force Base supporting the Sentinel program. This individual will serve as a key member of the Product Support team, working across engineering, operations, maintenance, and sustainment organizations to ensure logistics and product support requirements are integrated throughout the weapon system lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience, Active Secret Clearance + SAP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in acquisition logistics, product support, sustainment, maintenance, or logistics management supporting DoD, Air Force, missile, aerospace, or weapons system programs.
• Background in product support and weapon system sustainment efforts in the DoD/DoW
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering, operations, maintenance, and program management teams
• Active Secret Clearance + SAP eligible
• Ability to sit on Hill AFB (Layton, UT) daily

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Product Support team, working across engineering, operations, maintenance, and sustainment to ensure logistics and product support requirements are integrated throughout the weapon system lifecycle.
• Evaluate program designs and decisions from an ICBM maintenance and operations perspective while providing guidance on product support impacts across Sentinel segments.
• Partner with stakeholders, support maintenance planning and depot operations initiatives, assess program performance and supportability risks, and drive cross-functional coordination to develop and execute integrated product support strategies.

This role will act as a trusted subject matter expert, evaluating program designs and decisions from an ICBM maintenance and operations perspective while providing guidance on product support impacts across multiple Sentinel segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, supporting maintenance planning and depot operations initiatives, assessing program performance and supportability risks, and driving cross-functional coordination to develop and execute integrated product support strategies. The ideal candidate will bring prior ICBM field, maintenance, operations, or depot experience and have the credibility to influence technical teams while ensuring long-term weapon system readiness and sustainment success.
