The ideal candidate will ensure quality repairs meet or exceed factory standards, working closely with other technicians. This role requires three years of body shop experience and an ICAR Welding Certificate. Formación

• 3 years of body shop experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsabilidades

• Review repair orders to understand needed repairs.
• Complete repairs according to documentation.
• Perform initial teardown of vehicle.
• Re-assemble painted vehicle and parts.
• Work with apprentice technicians.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of manufacturer’s and technical repair process

Ability to use frame and measuring equipment

Quality check procedures

Team leadership skills

Educación

High school diploma or GED
