Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior ICAM Specialist to lead identity, credential, and access management for federal health agencies. You will architect scalable identity ecosystems, shape modernization pathways, and guide ICAM requirements across a growing health portfolio.
You will collaborate with Health Cyber technical leads to define solution approaches, deliver client briefings, and drive executive-level narratives while aligning with Zero Trust and enterprise identity standards.
The Opportunity: You will serve as the Senior Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) expert supporting federal health agencies, functioning as the primary subject matter expert guiding ICAM strategy, modernization, and solution delivery across the federal health market. In this role, you will shape and advance our ICAM posture for key clients by architecting secure, scalable identity ecosystems; advising client leadership on modernization pathways; and steering ICAM requirements across a growing health‑sector opportunity pipeline. You will partner closely with Health Cyber technical leads to define solution approaches, support capture and proposal development, and deliver compelling client briefings, demonstrations, and executive‑level narratives. As the primary ICAM expert, you will ensure our solutions align with federal mandates, Zero Trust principles, and enterprise identity frameworks while guiding teams across identity governance, privileged access management, non‑human identity, federation, and credential lifecycle modernization. This position blends deep technical leadership with forward‑leaning client engagement, helping shape federal health agencies’ identity strategies and driving the successful pursuit and delivery of ICAM work across the Health Cyber portfolio.
