Job summary

General Dynamics - IT seeks a senior ICAM Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise IGA and identity data management across enterprise and edge environments.

The role focuses on lifecycle management, entitlement governance, and SoD, with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic. Hybrid on-site/remote support is required for this critical DoD mission area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 4 years of additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 10+ years IAM/IGA/ICAM experience in government or regulated environments.
• Active clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent identity governance platforms.
• Experience with Radiant Logic/RadiantOne or similar identity data management tech.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with AD/LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise apps.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, entitlement governance, and SoD controls.
• Experience distributed/federated/mission-partner environments.
• Knowledge of Java/BeanShell/XML/REST/LDAP queries; Linux/Windows Server.
• Experience deploying enterprise COTS products in secure environments; Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise IGA and Identity Data Management.
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platforms for identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Develop Radiant Logic components, workflows, connectors, provisioning policies.
• Extend identity services to mission partners and edge environments.

Job description

GDIT has an opportunity for an ICAM Engineer supporting a large line of business that delivers enterprise-scale Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities. This role supports the DoW ICAM mission by designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity Data Management capabilities that enable identity services to operate across enterprise, mission partner, tactical, and edge environments.The ideal candidate is a senior hands-on ICAM engineer with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Radiant Logic, or similar identity governance and identity data management platforms. This role focuses on identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, role management, identity correlation, authoritative data integration, and extending identity services beyond traditional enterprise boundaries to support distributed and disconnected operational environments.This is a hybrid position and requires regular on-site support and remote work.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity Data Management capabilities supporting both enterprise and edge ICAM architectures.
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platforms used to manage identity lifecycle, access governance, entitlement management, and identity data services.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Radiant Logic RadiantOne FID solutions supporting DoW enterprise ICAM requirements.
• Develop and customize Radiant Logic components, including workflows, rules, connectors, aggregation logic, and provisioning policies.
• Engineer solutions that extend identity governance and identity data management services to mission partners, tactical users, and edge computing environments.
• Develop and maintain integrations between authoritative data sources, identity repositories, directories, and downstream applications.
• Implement and support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, approvals, certifications, and entitlement management capabilities.
• Configure and maintain identity correlation, identity reconciliation, identity aggregation, and identity data quality processes.
• Support enterprise role management, access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance monitoring initiatives.
• Design and support identity synchronization and identity distribution mechanisms supporting disconnected, intermittent, low-bandwidth, and mission-partner environments.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to onboard applications and identity sources into enterprise and edge ICAM ecosystems.
• Support implementation of Zero Trust and identity-centric security initiatives through governance, authoritative identity management, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving identity aggregation, provisioning, entitlement management, identity correlation, and identity data services.
• Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, TTPs, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile development activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Actively manage technical risks and contribute to mission readiness objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• An additional 4 years of experience mat be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Clearance: Active or ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
• Certification: 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher).
• Experience: 10+ years’ experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Data Management, or ICAM solutions within government or regulated environments.
• Technical Skills:Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent Identity Governance platforms.
• Technical Skills:Strong experience with Radiant Logic, RadiantOne, or equivalent identity data management and virtual directory technologies.
• Technical Skills:Experience integrating identity platforms with Active Directory, LDAP directories, HR systems, enterprise applications, and authoritative data sources.
• Technical Skills:Experience supporting identity lifecycle management, access certifications, entitlement governance, role modeling, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Technical Skills:Experience supporting identity correlation, identity reconciliation, identity aggregation, and identity data quality management.
