Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience; or 6+ years without a degree.
Experience with ICAM programs, cybersecurity policy, or federal IT policy.
Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and NIST SP 800-63/800-207, FICAM, and OMB M-22-09.

Responsibilities

Assess current ICAM environment and baseline capabilities.
Identify gaps to target-state requirements and Zero Trust alignment.
Develop findings, risk-based recommendations, and roadmaps.
Prepare policy briefs, assessment reports, and governance artifacts.
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams.
Support governance, controls assessments, audits, and reporting.
