Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in ICAM/policy.
• Experience with ICAM programs, cybersecurity policy, or federal IT policy and compliance.
• Familiarity with FICAM Playbook, NIST SP 800-63/800-207, OMB M-22-09, HSPD-12, FISMA.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the current ICAM environment to establish a baseline of capabilities.
• Identify gaps between current ICAM and target-state requirements, aligning with Zero Trust and maturity models.
• Develop findings, risk-informed recommendations, and prioritized roadmaps to close gaps.
• Translate policy and framework requirements into practical guidance for technical teams and leadership.
• Support development of ICAM strategy documents, implementation plans, and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure recommendations are technically sound and feasible.
• Prepare clear written products and briefings for technical and executive audiences.
• Monitor evolving federal identity and Zero Trust policy and assess impact on the program.
• Support governance and compliance activities related to identity, such as control assessments and audits.
