Job summary

Saransh Inc is seeking an IBM Scheduler expert to operate in a hybrid role based in Riverwoods, IL. The candidate will manage IWS architecture, perform CLI/GUI based administration, and coordinate with DBAs to ensure reliable job scheduling and performance.

Proficiency in Linux, scripting, and WebSphere Liberty is required, with hands-on experience in AWS, fix packs, and TLS/certificates. This is a W2 full-time position offering hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with IBM Workload Scheduler architecture and components.
• Proficient in Linux administration and scripting for automation.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security basics.
• Familiarity with IBM WebSphere Liberty in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain IWS scheduling solutions across MDM, DWC, and FTA.
• Monitor production plans and job streams using CLIs and GUI tools.
• Configure JVM heap sizes and tracing for performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot logs with TWSDATA, fix packs, and interim fixes.
• Administer RHEL 8+ systems and manage systemd services for IWS.
• Collaborate with DBAs to verify Oracle connectivity and query metadata.
