Looking for 5+ years of experience in WebSphere and 2+ years of experience in IBM BPM/BPM.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• IBM BPM 7.5/8.0/8.5 Administration Experience.
• IBM BPM Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server and Deployment Manager.
• WebSphere Administration.
• Production Support Skills for the IBM BPM Environment.
• Shell Scripting and knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for IBM BPM.
• Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache or IBM HTTP Server and its integration with IBM BPM.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

• Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Administration.
• General WebSphere Admin experience.
• Experience with Messaging products like IBM MQ.
• Familiarity with Java.
