• Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ Series and FTE on z/OS.
• Monitor MQ performance and availability; apply tuning techniques.
• Document upgrade procedures and maintain version control records.
• Support integration of MQ with CICS, DB2, IMS, and other z/OS subsystems.
