Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator.
• Excellent hands‑on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills.
• Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
• Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances project requirements.
• Excellent software demonstration skills with critical‑thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience on IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap and IBM Content Navigator is a plus.
• Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, Opentext, IBM Filenet.
• Has experience in Tool evaluation and recommendation in ECM space.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win‑win situations.
• Should have experience in working with Global teams.

• At least 5 years hands‑on experience on configuration and installation of Content Server systems
• At least 2 years hands‑on experience on IBM Case Manager
• At least 7 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team’s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction
• At least 4 years of experience in project execution
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
• Analytical skills
• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
