Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a senior technical leader with 10+ years of integration/API development experience and 5+ years with IBM API Connect (APIC). The role emphasizes Kubernetes, containerized cloud-native delivery, and strong API design and security. AWS and Red Hat OpenShift experience are highly desirable.

Core responsibilities include leading end-to-end API lifecycle, mentoring teams, and aligning with enterprise standards. Plus, ACE/MQ, CI/CD, and EKS experience are considered strong assets.

Qualifications

• Must-have IBM API Connect (APIC) expertise with 10+ years of integration/API development.
• REST/SOAP service design and API security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, TLS).
• JSON/XML/XSLT data formats and Kubernetes orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise API/integration solutions; mentor junior developers; drive end-to-end API lifecycle.
• Guide technical teams on ACE, MQ, OpenShift, CI/CD, AWS EKS; promote enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture.

Job description

• Must-haves: IBM API Connect (APIC), REST/SOAP services, API security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, TLS), JSON, XML, XSLT, Kubernetes.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise API/integration solutions, guide technical teams, mentor junior developers, drive end-to-end API lifecycle delivery and build scalable, secure, reusable services aligned with enterprise standards.
• Strong pluses: IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, Red Hat OpenShift, CI/CD, AWS EKS, DevOps practices, enterprise integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
