Job summary

Schwan's is seeking a production associate for our Oklahoma plant. You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds and batch formulas, and ensure product quality and safety throughout production. You will complete paperwork related to downtime, HACCP, and SAP, while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for overtime. We offer a comprehensive benefit package and advancement opportunities.

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and equipment status.
• Complete quality checks and ensure product appearance and safety.
• Fill out downtime, HACCP and SAP-related paperwork per SOPs.

Starting Pay: $18.75 per hour

Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. -- 6 a.m.

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:15PM - 12:00AM

What You Will Do:

• Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Completing various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (for example: downtime, HACCP, etc., utilizing SAP, SOPs, Safety operation, training, as appropriate).

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED with 0--1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexible working overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.
