Pennsylvania Counseling Services is hiring a full-time IBHS Program Administrator for our Children’s Services office in Harrisburg. This leadership role supports the administrative functions of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services program, focusing on delivering comprehensive, individualized treatment for children across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• This role requires a strong foundation in human services and solid administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience with IBHS programs is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and background clearances are required.

Responsibilities

• Orient new staff to company policy and procedures.
• Maintain program order for licensing purposes at all times.
• Maintain day-to-day administrative operations of the program.
• Supervise/evaluate/assist with hiring for positions within your office.
• Review and sign off on all treatment plans.
• Provide interagency meetings.
• Oversee the processing of client intakes and discharges.
• Assign cases to employees.
