Dunbar Wellness Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate IBHS Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision for our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program.
This leadership role is responsible for supervising Behavioral Consultants (BCs), Mobile Therapists (MTs), Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and other assigned clinical staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
The Clinical Supervisor ensures services comply with Pennsylvania IBHS Regulations (55 Pa. Code Chapter 5240), Community Behavioral Health (CBH) standards, Medical Assistance (Medicaid) requirements, HIPAA regulations, and agency policies.

Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Human Services, Education (behavioral emphasis), or another closely related behavioral health field.
