The IBHS Clinical Coordinator (Finance) role offers direct supervision of program staff, budget oversight, and quality improvement within the Intensive Behavioral Health Services program.

Located in the Philadelphia/Delaware Counties area, the position requires a Master’s in a clinical behavioral health field, Pennsylvania licensure,

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline with minimum three years post-degree experience in behavioral health
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, CRNP with mental health cert, marriage and family therapist, or licensed behavior specialist) with IBHS oversight
  • Clearances: PA Child Abuse, criminal, fingerprint-based federal check; verified absence from Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision to program staff (individual and group) and offer backup supervisory support as needed
  • Ensure services comply with recovery, cultural competency, licensing standards, contractual requirements, and agency policies
  • Collect and assess outcome data, conduct program evaluation, and develop performance improvement strategies
  • Oversee staff development through meetings, in-service training, and performance feedback; assist in annual program planning
  • Manage program operations including budget oversight, documentation of compliance indicators, and development of formal proposals
