  • Anticipate issues, identify risks, and drive solutions across the transaction lifecycle
Leadership of Junior Team Members
  • Direct, coach, and develop analysts on live deals and pitches
  • Assign and prioritize work, set expectations, and ensure output is accurate, well-structured, and on time
  • Provide ongoing feedback and help build a strong internal execution culture
Analytical Oversight and Quality Control
  • Oversee the preparation of pitch materials, CIMs, management presentations, and investor documentation
  • Review financial models, valuation outputs, and support materials prepared by junior team members
  • Ensure consistency between models, presentations, and supporting materials across a given transaction
  • Translate detailed analysis into clear recommendations for internal and client decision-making
Client and Investor Interface
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, investors, and counterparties
  • Prepare and lead portions of client and investor calls, management presentations, and diligence sessions
  • Build trust-based relationships through responsiveness, clarity, and reliable execution under pressure
Market Insight and Strategic Support
  • Supervise market and sector research to support positioning, valuation, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications

  • Experience with valuation methodologies and financial tools, including Bloomberg Terminal, CapitalIQ, and other investment banking data platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and transaction structuring.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience at a reputable investment banking firm, with significant exposure to M&A, capital raises, restructurings, and general advisory services.
