Serco-NA is seeking a motivated individual to serve as an IB-CHE/PMDT Developer in the Submarine Industrial Base Data Analytics Team, (IB-CHE: Industrial Base – Cloud Hosting Environment/ PMDT: Product & Manufacturing Digital Twin) supporting high-visibility initiatives that enhance the readiness, resilience, and performance of the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Industrial Base (SIB).
Must be able to obtain U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.
In this role, you will systematically map, analyze, and plan the digital transformation efforts across all areas/departments. The core deliverable is a comprehensive portfolio that outlines current capabilities, future requirements, and strategic roadmaps for technology integration, ensuring all digital investments are aligned, and directly support mission objectives.
This position operates in a fast-paced environment requiring daily interaction with suppliers, government stakeholders, and industry partners. You must be a self-starter capable of independently identifying issues, analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable insights, and communicating performance outcomes to senior leadership.
Working remotely, you will be on the dynamic SIB Data Team providing support to the Program Manager and DRPM SUB where you will help manage a dynamic mix of in-house development teams and third-party tool integration projects to deliver solutions that support the SIB program.
