Qualifications

• Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record.
• 1+ year of duct cleaning experience is a plus, preferably residential.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Punctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start time.

Responsibilities

• Complete duct-cleaning and provide a range of other Indoor Air Quality services.
• Lead, train, and mentor apprentice technicians.
• Electronically document accurate notes, invoices, and options.
