TALENT Software Services is seeking an Insurance Assistance Program - Support Specialist in Nashville (Hybrid) for a 5-month term. The role supports the Department of Health’s Ryan White ADAP programs, focusing on enrollment, issue resolution, and operational excellence across the IAP and HDAP components.

The position requires strong client service skills, healthcare familiarity, and proficiency with case management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of front-facing customer service in healthcare or related field.
• Experience in health administration environments with knowledge of healthcare operations and client service.
• Proven ability to document interactions, research issues, and follow up to resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide enrollment guidance and support for IAP enrollment, eligibility, renewals, and participation.
• Coordinate with TDH staff, vendors, and case managers to resolve issues.
• Maintain timely, professional communications and document interactions.
• Identify barriers to care and support client access to HIV medications.
• Support quality assurance and program monitoring activities with data validation.
