Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Planning and Interoperability Support specialist for Shaw AFB, SC. The role requires top‑secret/SCI clearance, joint operations planning, and coordination with US and coalition partners to advance IAMD objectives.

As part of a contingent, open requisition, you will develop CONPLANs, JOAs, and engagement plans, conduct assessments, and support exercise planning with a focus on theater-wide air and missile defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in any subject.
• Minimum of one year AOC officer experience in IAMD related role.
• Possess a U.S. Passport and meet visa requirements for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
• Must attend the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Staff Officer Course within 1 year of employment if not already completed in military or contractor status. Cost will be covered by 9AF AFCENT.
• Minimum of one year's experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications/e-mail systems or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and advisory services to the team supporting 9AF AFCENT's management of the IAMD program.
• Provide expertise in all aspects of 9AF AFCENT operational requirements associated with IAMD operations to develop and maintain joint surface-to-air and fixed-wing weapons integration and employment within a theater-wide system with potential to expand to coalition forces.
• Assist in the development of overall concept-of-operations and rules-of-engagement for effective joint/combined air-and-missile defense operations.
• Coordinate with Service components, HHQ, and coalition partners to successfully implement an integrated defense plan.
• Provide strategic planning and command and control (C2) integration expertise at conferences and during exercise planning events dealing with air defense issues.
• Build operational planning and country engagement budgets in support of ACC and USCENTCOM.
• Build Fiscal Year operational engagement proposals to support 9AF AFCENT and USCENTCOM.
• Develop assessment plan for evaluating IAMD objectives during exercises.
• Develop assessment plan for evaluating IAMD interoperability and integration within USCENTCOM's AOR among Partner Nations and the U.S.
• Organize and conduct meetings, conferences, briefings, and site surveys in support of operational planning and IAMD operations.
• Work with HHQ, joint and coalition partners, and other commands in the development and execution of operational exercises and assessment of theater interoperability.
• Deploy to assist exercise or interoperability project lead for operational engagements and planning conferences as appropriate.
• Develop and publish engagement situational reports with assessment of interoperability and partnership capacity included as appropriate.
• Develop and publish exercise and conference after-action reports.
• Attend/participate in USCENTCOM and ACC exercises, planning conferences, and VTCs.
• Conduct all administrative requirements (e.g., scheduling events, reserving space, etc.) to facilitate operational engagements and/or interoperability planning, briefs, and travel.
