Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited, a global power solutions leader headquartered in Denver, seeks an IT Security Analyst III to drive enterprise IAM initiatives and Zero Trust programs across cloud and SaaS environments.

You will partner with security, IT, and business leaders to implement secure authentication, lifecycle management, and access governance, advancing a strong security posture while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of IAM principles, including IGA, PAM, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, adaptive authentication, risk-based access controls, and ITDR.
• On-prem, cloud, and hybrid identity environments knowledge.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, federation services, and conditional access policies.
• Familiarity with RBAC, ABAC, PBAC; experience with SoD and privileged access governance.
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills; ability to document standards and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions for workforce, privileged, and application identities.
• Lead IAM platform integration, administration, and optimization.
• Develop IAM architecture standards and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Establish scalable identity solutions for cloud-first and hybrid environments.
• Evaluate emerging IAM technologies to strengthen security posture.
• Lead Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM, ITDR, and Zero Trust programs.
• Administer authentication services (SSO, MFA, passwordless); manage on-prem, cloud, and hybrid identities.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, SQL; produce architecture diagrams and runbooks.
• Mentor junior staff and support audit/compliance activities.
