Zillion Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to lead logging and monitoring of Highly Privileged Access across high-risk apps using Splunk.

You will onboard applications to the Monitoring Framework and collaborate with technology teams to map events to Splunk data models. The role requires hands-on Splunk Cloud and SPL expertise, cloud environment experience, and Agile practices with Jira/Jira Align.

Qualifications

• 3 years total experience, including at least 1 year in IAM or related InfoSec roles.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on IAM technologies experience.
• Deep knowledge of Splunk Cloud and SPL.
• Experience in a cloud (PaaS) environment.
• Foundational IAM concepts like authentication, authorization, RBAC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize by risk and project timelines.
• Experience with Agile practices, Jira, and Jira Align.

Responsibilities

• Engage with application owners to gather onboarding details.
• Document onboarding sessions and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate onboarding to Splunk and the Monitoring Framework.
• Develop Splunk add-ons to parse events and map data to CIM.
• Test Splunk configurations and ensure proper event mapping.
• Release apps to production Splunk team.
• Create test plans and collaborate with developers.
• Maintain detailed test documentation.
