Responsibilities include handling onboarding/offboarding, incident resolution, and process improvements through automation. On-site presence and global coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Information Security, IAM, or related field.
• Experience with security administration tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, RBAC models, SailPoint or similar.

Responsibilities

• Process user access and provisioning requests with SLAs, ensuring least privilege principles.
• Onboard/offboard users and transfers with business context and risk awareness.
• Support standard and complex access provisioning activities.
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and provisioning issues.
• Coordinate with Security Coordinators and Application/Data Owners to fulfill requests.
• Maintain knowledge base and documentation for controls.
• Provide on-call coverage to support global operations.
