Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a senior Identity and Access Management leader to support IAM systems, drive development experiences, and guide teams across security projects. You will oversee programs, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with executive teams and improve security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related IAM experience.
• Equivalent experience considered, commensurate with scope.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and operations of IAM services.
• Lead and manage the design and delivery of development experiences and programs.
• Hire and train staff; conduct performance reviews; provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching.
• Share knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices.
• Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
