Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 5 years in IAM operations. The position offers a full-time role with a salary range of $113,940.00 - $139,260.00.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IAM Operations or security roles.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including user lifecycle events and access provisioning.
• Identify opportunities to mature the IAM program.
• Collaborate on IAM roadmap and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage IAM Operations team members.

Skills

Experience with IAM and IGA solutions

Knowledge of identity governance and compliance standards

Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC)

Expert level knowledge of BCBSMA Information Security standards

Strong communication skills

Education
