Job summary

Fynetra is seeking a Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) in Boston. This role entails leading enterprise-wide identity strategy, managing a dedicated IAM team, and ensuring compliance with security standards across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of IAM or cybersecurity experience along with strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and relevant certifications are preferred. This position offers hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IAM, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure experience; at least 3–5 years in management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM programs in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the firm’s IAM strategy across workforce and client identity systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals.
• Oversee access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
