The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across IAM technologies and proven experience in leading teams, managing delivery, and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary POC for all IAM-related activities for the client
• Act as the Delivery Manager for IAM operations and initiatives
• Lead and coordinate IAM teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements across IAM processes
• Facilitate and lead technical discussions with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Act as a technical coordinator between multiple IAM teams within the account
• Engage with clients regularly, ensuring high-quality communication and delivery
