Job summary

Deloitte seeks an IAM Integration Engineer to lead the engineering strategy for enterprise identity, credential, and access management across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will drive target-state ICAM engineering, establish standards, and support Zero Trust initiatives in a federal context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or enterprise engineering.
• 5+ years leading IAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with identity federation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and directory services.
• Experience engineering, creating technical roadmaps, and system integration.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Leading engineering strategy for enterprise identity, credential, and access management capabilities in support of the clients mission and security objectives.
• Defining target-state ICAM Engineering, integration patterns, and technical standards across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Guiding modernization initiatives that align identity services and access controls with Zero Trust principles and federal security requirements.
• Partnering with other engineers, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and program stakeholders to evaluate requirements, resolve architectural issues, and support implementation decisions.
• Overseeing architectural governance, technical roadmaps, and solution reviews to improve scalability, interoperability, and operational performance.
