Conduent, a leader in enterprise solutions, seeks an IBM TIM/TAM/LDAP Administrator in the United States. You will manage TIM/ITIM environments, administer TAM/ISAM, and oversee LDAP, WebSphere, and IAM operations.

With 8 years of hands-on IAM experience, you will contribute to provisioning, RBAC, security integration, and production support across enterprise applications. The role involves collaboration with IT teams and ongoing IAM optimization.

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on IAM experience with TIM, TAM, LDAP, and WebSphere.
• Expert in identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and access control.
• Production support in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer TIM/ITIM environments for enterprise IAM.
• Manage complete user identity lifecycle and provisioning.
• Configure TIM services, policies, workflows, roles, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot TIM, adapters, workflows, and LDAP connectivity.
• Support TAM/ISAM authentication, authorization, and WebSEAL.
• Manage LDAP directory services, groups, and replication.
• Perform server start/stop, log analysis, and configuration troubleshooting.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for IAM applications.
