Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks an IAM Engineer to join its Identity and Access Management team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing enterprise identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, with hybrid identity services and access management technologies.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Experience troubleshooting identity-related issues across users, applications, and systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description A leading technology organization is looking for an IAM Engineer to join its Identity and Access Management team.
This role will focus on supporting and enhancing enterprise identity platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity services, and access management technologies. You’ll work alongside infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to help deliver secure, reliable, and scalable identity solutions across the enterprise.
