Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IAM Engineer to deliver hands-on technical execution across identity workstreams, including discovery, analysis, remediation, testing, validation, evidence capture, and documentation. You will participate in operational handoff and ensure changes comply with approved change-management processes.

The role requires 5–8 years of IAM engineering experience, plus practical work with Microsoft Entra ID, IAM controls, and access governance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of IAM engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience supporting IGA, PAM, identity governance, or access-review programs.
• Experience implementing and validating IAM controls.
• Experience operating through formal change-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hands-on technical execution across identity workstreams including discovery, analysis, remediation, testing, validation, evidence capture, documentation, and handoff.
• Implement feasible identity-control improvements while maintaining approved change, rollback, and evidence requirements.
• Contributes to testing, evidence capture, and technical documentation to support IAM programs.
