Job summary

ADP is hiring a Director, IAM Operations & Support to lead digital identities and access across the enterprise. You will drive a transformation program around SailPoint (IdentityNow/IIQ/ISC) powered by ServiceNow, shaping identity lifecycle processes and risk-reducing automation while collaborating with IT, security, HR, legal, and audit.

The role emphasizes governance, policy enforcement, access reviews, and metrics reporting; mentoring the IAM team and integrating applications across cloud

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in IAM and large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Proven ability to drive transformations and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IGA Transformation Program focused on risk reduction and modernization.
• Oversee Identity Lifecycle Management: provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, self-service requests.
• Ensure integration between IGA platform and HR and target systems.
• Drive policy enforcement, access certifications, and audit readiness.
• Implement access reviews leveraging automation to reduce risk.
• Manage governance processes and reporting for IT compliance.
• Engage stakeholders across HR, legal, audit, and business units.
• Mentor and lead the IAM team and promote automation and governance excellence.
